i ordered a injen cai from HOUSE OF SCION and they charged my credit card and i've yet to received my product. i emailed them many times to see if they mailed it yet and find out my products shippind id number but they did not reply to any of my emails. it seems like they only talk to you during the process of the orders but once they take your money they don't care about you. has anyone had a problem with them. crappy service i say. WATCH OUT FOR THESE GUYS.

 

well of course they're gonna charge your card before you recieve it. Alot of places don't update an order status before you recieve it. Why is beyond me however. How long ago did you order it? I've heard good things about HOS. I'm sure it'll work out

 

ordered it last month. been around two weeks now. i know they're gonna charge my card before i recieve the item, the problem is that they haven't email me back of any of my emails. i want to know what's the id number of shipment so i can track it online.

I dunno if I was in the same boat as you are, but it took me a month exactly till I recieved my INJEN exhaust, something about the manufacturer having a shortage of supplies. I didn't mind waiting.

 

That stinks, I ordered a powerslot rear bbk for my tc, it was shipped same day and I got it in VERY short order... great customer service when I called also...

 

I got my HKS Hi-Power from them. Got mine fairly quick.
