Bought my box in CA, but I have had every service done at John Elway by my former office in Centennial. Thought I would give them some props since I'm moving.

Had some of the early buyer issues (rattles, etc.) and all of the regular services done, and all I can say is that the team there was outstanding.

I love the fact that they have specific reps assigned to Scion, it means they know what they're talking about and remember the issues you had last time you came in. They always called to tell me when it was ready, and did a great job keeping everything clean no matter how much of the vehichle they had to rip apart.

Funny thing is, I've received better service at Elway than i ever received at any of the NY Volvo dealers I took my S40 to. You pay $10K less for a car and receive 10 times better service -- go figure.

My next dealer in Chicago has a lot to live up to.

 

I never knew John Elway owned a Scion dealership.

 

Yeah, I purchased my car there, the service department is great, the sales department sucks big time, a bunch of liars and thieves.
