Bought a headunit from him last week. It came exactly as described with everything repackaged in heat sealed plastic. Way better than the factory packaging. He even refunded me $5 when he wasn't able to ship it out immeadiately without being asked. This to me shows a level of customer service above and beyond anything you would normally expect.
