Whatever you do do not buy anything from keith pierson in orange park fl. The dealership sucks, the service sucks, and the salespeople suck. They keep giving me the runaround on a warranty issue, claiming my cold air caused the mass air flow to fail, which as of yet I have had no proof whatsoever given to me even tough i've requested it numerous times. They refuse to do warranty on my leather which is coming apart and was installed from the dealer. So far I have been robbed of 210 dollars from them for something that should be covered under warranty. My sister tried to buy a scion xa from them and basically got poo'd on by jonathan the scion guy, so she bought hers from ernie palmer and got outstanding service. She put a 1000 dollars down on her car (at keith pierson) was told she would be called back the next day, when she wasn't she called and talked to jonathan and he basically told her I don't have time to deal with you call me sometime next week. She went and got her deposit back and went straight to E.P and got her car the next day. If you want to buy a scion go to ernie palmer, its a smaller dealer but they treat you like a person.

Any dealer who is selling a used 05 tc bone stock with miles on it for 19,500 is shady in my opinion. Yes thats 2 grand over base price for a used bone stock tc with miles.

If you've had a bad experience with them please post it because i'm taking it up the chain through scion and toyota, i've already spoken to regional toyota about it and if no resolution comes to my situation it will go further.

 

Ive heard bad things with thier service department before but not really with the sales people. Onto your warranty issues....your CAI could be the result of the MAF sensor messing up and if YOU installed it that would void your warranty so sorry. Now they could be nice and fix it but I guess not. The leather issue if you bought that as a option from thier dealership they should fix it. If you having warranty issues try to go through Ernie P. since ive had outstanding service from them or Coggin. You can get your warranty served at other dealerships so try that route...

 

Keith Pierson's service is horrible! They scratched my hood, damaged my injen engine cover and oil cap, scratched my dash, did not hook up my switches correctly and left my air suspension valve unhooked. Granted it was all fixed but man they can't get anything right the first time. It took me a billion years just for them to agree to do the Air Con TSB. Whatever, I'm through with KPS! Go to Ernie Palmer, They may be smaller but they treat you WAY better!

 

vibration "noise / resonance" from a cai can definitly cause maf falure just for your info so you know they were not totally taking advantage of you!

 

in that case the need to recall the ones they sell because they will cause the maf to malfunction
