Does anyone know his last name? I have an address, but I'm not sure its legit. We need to make sure the summons goes to the right place. We talked with our lawyer and he has a friend in NY that can take care of a small claims case for us without my brother having to actually show up there. So if it comes down to that we have so many pictures and videos I don't think it would be a problem, put that shizza on the Judge Marilym Milian show so she can yell at him too lol

 

well he either send me old pics, or the ____ty as packaging job caused all of the damage to the intercooler and the coating.

the reason why the bolts are stripped is b/c that idiot would take his turbo apart after every car show....just imagine wrenching the same bolts 1000 times.....they will strip down to nun...

but i really hope u get it straightened out...dont take no for an answer and if paypal doesnt do anything for u, which the prolly wont, dont hesitate to take him to small claims court.
