well now he wants my brother to call his mechanic and he says he will "work" with us if the mechanic desides the fault is on him. I guess the scoinlife pressure had some effect, i hope we can get this ____ straightened out asap. I need to help my bro put the stock header on the car and see if it will run with the 550cc injectors inthere without the turbo.

GL with that, if his mechanic is in queens i really would not trust that :-/ and why wouldnt the fault be on him??! Lol it was the kids turbo, and i watched the video u posted, thats exactly how kenneths tc ran it looked like a freakin chimeny

I hope this gets settled so ur brother is happy, i hate to see someone go through all this crap for nothing u know. This kid needs to grow a pair and fess up that it was either his or his "mechanics" fault bc theres no other way that the turbo could be that f'd up G.L. keep us updated !

If thats the case I have all the answers I need, and this dumbass is the one that messed up all the bolts on the turbo when he tried to do the seals on his own. We are looking into what the credit card can do and we are gonna have a serious chat with the lawyer. If it goes to small claims I need to get some proof on the turbo damage from a reputed shop over here.

thanks to everyone for the support, great to know the scionlife community has my back!

So here is what he wrote me in an email just now:

You leave NO room for communication!
What are you talking about to my mechanic? I have never been kicked out from any show because of the turbo. If you say so, be specific. Anyway, I will still pass the video to my mechanic.

You have already make the communication to a very negative situation by messing around with all FS post.
I have sent all the information to my lawyer . Once he has a total understanding for the situation, I will give you his number.
Is this guy serious? I am almost at a point where I feel sorry for him. This guy is too full of himself. I'm glad I struck a nerve because his "friends are calling him" and because he can't sell anything on here. The more people call him the better. So if your his friend keep calling, maybe this fool will snap out of it.

Any of you guys living in NY, i will keep an eye on craigslist and if i see his parts on there I will flag them but if you see something there flag them also for me. He was trying to sell some 18" wheels, an emanage blue, a carbon fiber hood, a greddy ti exhaust, and a fiberglass trunk setup with a pair of 8" or 10" subs.

LMFAOO AT THAT how did YOU make a wrong move? can he explain that ?? you CLEARLY had a buyer/seller experience and chose to share it with the rest of us SL'ers from getting scammed by him, so if anything your doing everyone else a favor by putting up what you did.

the kid makes absolutely no sense. and whoever was at the NY auto show back in 07/08 when it was at Pier 94, he was asked that his tc was to be removed from the building because he was running beyond rich and was a fire hazard when the fire dept. came to inspect everything inside.

this kid is a loser and still cannot just fess up already that what he did was wrong to sell someone a broken turbo.

and wtf is with the "negative communication" if there was "negative communication" you wouldnt be replying back and trying to settle this and/or get your money back.

like big jim said, put this thread in your signature. A bunch of us know this kid, he really has no where to hide and has no one to back him up on this whatsoever.
