I agree.

Salik you rep oznium every show you been to last year. To see them do this to you made me changed my mind about them. I was going to order the Inferno kit for this show season but never mind now. I'm going to look some where else now.

I agree.

this is exactly why im trying to support oznium on here everyone seems to be against them and thats your opinion but there are PLENTY of people that have had great success through them and i am one of them i will stand behind them and support them i urge people that this thread is opinion based done give up on oznium based on this. oznium has great reviews on both scionlife and scikotics

oznium has had mixed reviews on the internet. i used to be just like you, doubting all the people that posted negative things about oznium. the same exact thing youre doing, and i was a proud supporter. all im saying is be careful you might not end up getting the same treatment back to you that you give them, thats all. good luck. i agree with you as well that there are lots of people that stand by his stuff, and on the other hand theres those that have had poor experiences with their poor quality products, and service. its a 2 sided coin, you dont know what side it will land on and can only hope when it comes to oznium.

I think that is the best way to sum all of this up. I'm sorry you had to be stiffed like that. It's going to make me think twice now.

From my own experience, I tried sending an e-mail/contact message to Oznium and never got a response from them, which scares me about whether they will be very thorough with processes if I choose to purchase something and have a problem..

oznium is very sketchy with responses. with my own experience over the past 1-2 years with phil and oznium, it seems to me that he only wants to talk about issues whenever the mood is right for him. when its show season and i tell him i need more business cards to hand out for shows, hes excited and wants to talk and help out with any problems and send replacement parts such as display units and remotes. when i want to start a group buy for hid's in the boston area, hes talkative. then, when its off season and not much is going on, it seems like he hates you and could care less about your problems, such as my hid's, my current issue with the display, and helping out a charity (which im not saying he has to do, but he didnt even entertain the idea at all). its just questionable, you dont know what to expect thats all im saying. im not trying to tell those of you who have had great experiences with him to stop dealing with him. im just not going to tell people to go to him, and im going to tell them of my own experiences. i mean i have had my own good experiences with him too, just on an inconsistent basis. just a heads up more or less.

see i can respect u zdawg you talk in a very respetful manner about the situation its just frustrating to me when im a supporting that has had a great experience and have some guy get on here and say "all there products the carry are crap" or whatever he said...i just dont want oznium to take a hit not once have you been out of line so i do appreciate that
