Has anyone bought from this place before or anything?

I ordered some brake pads....Its been about a week and a half I havent received them yet. they have a Customer Service email u can write to for any problems etc. I have written Twice already w/ NO repsonse!

They dont have a Phone # either which I didint notice until the day after I order from them.

I dunno if I got ripped off or what?....

Any input???

idk why everyone is having a problem with them. i read the poor things being said after i purchased my inividia s pipe on friday. emailed them to see what was going on and they emailed me back that saturday. i was told my item would be shipped on monday when the shop was opened. i emailed them monday and they responded with my tracking number. great price, customer service and communication for me. like i said i ordered on friday and it will be here wednesday. not even a week for shipping! sorry for everyone else that had bad luck but they were great for me!
