How long does it take for them to process an order? I got the confirmation, but when I went to order tracking on their website it still said new order. I ordered my floormats on tuesday. Is this typical? Thanks

mods: move this to shop experiences if you want, it just seemed slow over there.

My experience is that they don't spend much time on their web site....however, that doesn't mean that your order isn't being processed expeditiously. Are you worried about your order?

Well if you ordered it on Tuesday and they get it out on Wednesday, that means that the earliest you will see it is Wednesday or Thursday of NEXT week. We live in an instant gratification world these days, if you want to take advantage of the savings in cost then you are going to have to be willing to wait for the process. I have dealt with them many times and they always follow through, even on back-orders...this is not some back-water shop, it is a Toyota dealership. If it would make you feel better then call 1-800-729-7560 and ask for Charlie in the parts dept, he handles all internet orders.

It's not really a big deal, as I know they're a reputable parts dealer. I was just wondering how long, on average, it takes for an order to get shipped out. If I get worried about it, I'll be sure to give them a call. Thanks for the help.

Now that we've got some replies... moved to Retail Shop...

I don't usually trust many websites on "order status" type of things - unless I've done business through them before and know if it's right or not.

I ordered 2 things from them about a month ago and i never even checked the website. The guy who runs the internet sales stuff called me about my payment method, becuase i had a scion giftcard. Then a day later he called me back with a tracking number. So if you really wanna know give them a ring.

call them! I ordered my 18" Enkei EMX Super 7's from them! WAY cheaper than dealership! Even though they are a dealership, but they still gave me a better price! Heres the number 1-800-729-7560. I got my rims within 5 business days from UPS!
