Ban him... stuff like this will continue to happen until people like this are banned. Doesn't matter if she gets the money or not.

Well I think she should have some kind of say on when the ban happens, no update on whether she's gotten her money back.

Put a claim in against him. He is apparently a lying toolbag who could care less and is SCAMMING you. Don't listen to what he says. He logs in daily even when he supposedly had "family issues." He is nothing but a coward and will never make things right. Shame on him, not a true man at all.

yeah, i just got back from out of state and still no check or word from him after sending him emails that he can get on his phone. im giving it till Friday since it is the holiday... after that, come that Monday (December 6th), if I have nothing, I will be filing court documents.
If he has supposedly sent the stuff though and has tracking then i should have received it already since it is a regular 5 day business point max (and thats without shipping it with tracking, tracking should be 3).

Guy, you all need to realize that Internet Brands and/or Scionlife are not responsible for any transactions that take place on this site. We are not allowed to ban members because of bad marketplace transactions. That is why the iTrader system was brought in, so that users can leave real feedback and hopefully make the experience better for all.

This is totally understandable.

You might want to reconsider this policy.

This is a "community", as in any community the members have responsibilities. There are consequences for their actions. To allow a person, who blatantly has no regard for their criminal actions toward another member; to remain in the "community".... seems irresponsible at best.

This is not a criticism.... just a suggestion that a change in policy might be considered.

iTrader, if used properly; can be a valuable tool... I agree. But to allow a member who blatantly lies to another member about a sale/deal, to remain a member; is IMO..... not sound policy.

Again, none of this is meant as a criticism. Just a suggestion that "policy" might need to be revisited & revised.

It has been done in the past but that was to an extreme where a lot of members were scammed. I myself was one of them until he actually shipped the part. But as far as your constructive critiscm i can agree. But then again we arent really allowed to do much as far as these sales go anyways. So its kinda a shady subject. I do hate when this happens and wish we could do more at times. but then again you cant have rules regarding this to an extent as every situation can be different. S___ does happen as much as we may be thinging not liek this but it can. Just saying though. in the end i hope this doesnt coem to what it looks like it might and hopefully we can figure some way to better correct a problem if this does continue to happen as it seems to be on the rise!
