Yea after reading the rules...They could surely use a rewrite because apparently their have never been consequences for members scamming other members over and over and over again.

 

But its not up to us! Its up to Internet Brands who owns this. The other thing is we can also probably have legal action taken against us as mods if we do it like that since we are not working for Internet brands as paid staff. So use the itrader system and it will help eleminate this. Also use paypal so you can get your money back. Dont use the gift option either! Ask around about sellers as well!

IB needs to be notified of situations like that in order to take some form of action whether it be a ban or in any other form.

There is nothing us SL "staff" or IB can do about it. It is a private transaction that took place between two people. It states in the rules that we cannot do anything about it and that users should use the PPC at their own risk.

Its kind of like Craigslist. If you somehow get ripped off in a transaction that took place because of Craigslist, its not their fault.

Well, I have been in contact with the Waukesha Couty Sheriffs department and talking to the court system there.

Everything is in the air right now and pending but does look good in my favor and will either be served papers of being sued or be arrested depending on how I would like to follow suit.

I hope he answers me soon before things go thru and charges are final and pressed.

 

He hasn't posted since 11/17, but he's still logging in - latest was 12/5. Has to know what's going on - what a dope!

Definitely press charges and get him arrested! that is absolutely crazy that he could just go and lie like that. Yea ____ happens in peoples lives but nothing can go on to where he couldn't get someone to take the package to the post office to ship out.
