I have not read the entire post that was made but I am here to set the record strait. Tina your car has done very well in the so cal show scene. Any one that can go up against our purple tc is one of the best so in our eyes, Tina you are one of the best. The last that we had seen of the car everything was good on it we had no idea that there was any problem with the paint because you have not called or came by the shop to tell us so. If there were any problems we would gladly fix them. As for the color we mixed and sprayed samples to show you, you picked the color that is on your car. We are a professional paint and body shop so of Corse we wrote the color code down to mix the entire batch of paint. WE still have and can make the color that is on your car. I do not want to argue with a customer over the internet but i have read some of the things you have wrote and a lot of the things you have said are false so i want everyone to know that . Tina if there are any other problems call Frank at the shop (81786-9668.

As for the tctctctc kid we have already emailed your brother and told him to bring it back. We are always busy at the shop but i have already told him we can fit him in.

Whether my car has done well in the show scene or not, that's completely besides the point because you guys only did the paint & body work & I took care of everything else on the car. The paint is STILL wet to this day. None of the stuff I said is false. If it really needs to come down to it, I'd bring the car to the shop & I'll take off the vinyl & show you guys how everything's embossed into the paint.

Don't say you had no idea there were any issues with the car because I've texted Frank multiple times & he's ignored them. He claims my stock hood was never at the shop which is major BS because he flat out told me to keep the hood there till I could come pick it up & I never got a response when I texted him until I made this post & now he claims it was never there.

I've posted pics of issues with the car so there's no hiding it, how can you deny it? There's blue coming through the paint, that's evidence right there that the car was never prepped correctly. Hell, Frank flat out told me that the painter who painted my car sucked & that's why he isn't at the shop anymore. That's enough in itself to prove that there's an issue with my car based on your shops actions. Are you also going to deny the fact that clips were lost & how you had to take them off Rodrigo's car.

The shop never handled anything professionally, & the fact that I tried having Karl fix any issues while the car was in the shop & was always directed to Frank sucked. That's not professional, especially when he was always competition to me. As far as I'm concerned, my car was sabotaged. He knew about issues, too. That's why he came down to SEMA in 2007, apologized & begged me to put the company logo on the car.

Also, Frank knew damn well there were issues with my car cuz me & Tim talked to him for a good 45 mins at the Scion United party & when I walked away, he kept telling Tim how he felt so bad about what happened & that he was going to talk to Karl. Frank probably doesn't even remember that since he was completely trashed that night. So did anything ever get resolved? No.

As far as me choosing the paint color? Absolutely not the color I chose. I even asked Allan to write the paint code down to know what he was doing & he looked at me at the shop, winked & pointed to his head & said "all in here".

When I get home, if it's not dark I'll go through every single thing on my list & take pics to prove there are issues.

I was - <---that close to filing a lawsuit, heck the paperwork is sitting on my desk about 5 feet away from me right now. But i've heard horror stories about situations that have come up with people who have filed lawsuits against you guys & that's why I've held back. That's why you guys have changed the shops name 3-4 times now, so you guys don't have to pay out the money for the lawsuits that you've lost.

Frank has my number, if he really wants to act professional & fix the situation, you have him call me, cuz I've given up since I've tried & failed many times.

& P.S. The guy who did the majority of the body work on my car (I forgot his name now) flat out told me that the painter forgot to put hardener in the paint. You guys also tried to blame one of the four times you painted the car on the fact that "the house of kolor paint reacted weird with the new paint". Yeah, whatever. Shouldn't the car have been properly sanded down, primered & THEN repainted? There shouldn't have been any signs of HOK chemicals with the new paint if the car was prepped correctly to begin with, but regardless, HOK wouldn't react weird with PPG anyway. Karl also told me the car had to be repainted because the HOK Kobalt was too dark & the top half of my car was darker than the bottom half, that's proof right there that you guys didn't even use primer on the car. That's essentially at least 3 times the car had to be repainted that only I knew about.

& as far as my hood not being at the shop, I'm not the first person to have parts disappear from your shop. I know of atleast 4 others.
