This is not small claims court, I do apreciate the sympathy it helps because I've just about lost hope with all of this poo. It is great to feel like there are still decent people in the scion community.

Nathan I do not wish to discuss this matter further with you as you made clear yesterday when you spoke to me for the first time since your "my dad had a heart attack" thing. I know you are new to scionlife but it is not a place for personal battles, I am warning people of my seller experience.

As to my past with my and my boyfriends medical bills combined I will not be able to pay for new wheels, thanks cancer and war in Iraq. Hopefully I will be able to find a 17" enkei J10 to match the other 3 and then I may be able to pull of a set of wheels.


Again everybody thank you so much for the support in this horribly trying time Erik and I have been wanting to throw our hands up and quit the whole scion community since this poo it's good to feel like there is a reason to stay.

 

AND please nobody call the police or attempt any vigilante justice, I am dealing with this in the real world (I'm not as cool as Tomas so I don't know how to do the little mini R) this thread is strictly me whining and warning people of my experience.

In HTML it is "®" or "®"
In ASCII it is "197" in decimal or AE in hex
On my Mac keyboard it is "[option]R"

I probably should have used ™ instead of ®, though.

For any confusion that statement may have caused:

The original agreement (as stated in the first post) was for payment of the items to be paid by the 5th of every month. I consider it to be a sale, if you wish to make good on the sale by all means feel free to pay me.

Again I will ask you to please refrain from refrencing this topic as it will only start a flame war and this is (again) NOT the place for that. We will resolve this matter in court, until then please stop.

You attempted to get a restraining order against me Nathan, by continuing to contact/talk/post/provoke/communicate with me in ANY way you are further proving that you slandered my name by saying you where afraid for your life from me. Please just go away, please. I am tired of asking you to give me my stuff back and I am tired of asking you to leave me alone. But most of all I am tired of dealing with this.

Leave this conflict off of scionlife forums, I have the right to post my seller experience as per scionlife rules.
