i ordered from them, but i didn't get a confirmation email from them, so i pm'd them on scionlife and they replied back next day, confirmed my order and gave me a tracking number. got that warm fuzzy feeling that said they really appreciated my bussiness. a+

Agreed.. great customer service along with quick follow up emails letting me know whats going on and when im getting my stuff.. which is what i love.. will definately order again from you guys love love love it and i love my pulley even though i didn't put mine on yet i got chris's on in about 40 mins.. with takin pics an stuff anyways buy from them peoples good prices matched with AWESOME Customer Service

i had some problems paying with my credit card via their web site. they responded to my problem each time, but we never did get the credit card to work, so i paid them by paypal.

nice price on the crank pulley and good shipping time.

most of their prices seem about average, but their service has been above average. i would buy from them again.

 

ordered from them again. they email me before i email them. you know when you say... hmm i wonder whats going on with my order... you try to get a hold of them... when i go to write a email. BAM. 1 new message from Rich.
