Default TireRack.com

They are one word...AWESOME! I ordered my tires from them at 5pm Monday...I recieved them at Wednesday 2pm. Yes less then two day shipping. I ordered them and then in 3 minutes Wes called to confirm my order and to say they would ship them out that night. I can't say enough about them and will buy my next set from tirerack for sure. Also they sell Koni yellows so I might have to pick up a pair after this experience.

tirerack has great service. i used both tirerack.com and discounttiredirect.com for my tires. discounttire have some tires that tirerack doesn't have and vice versa.

I've been extremely pleased with TireRack in the past, but unfortunately my last 2 experiences with them were awful.

I ordered Hawk HPS brake pads from them for $79 and they have sent me the Hawk HP+ instead.

I ordered new Brembo rotors for the tC, and then returned them (this was back in December). I just recently checked my credit card statement and noticed I had not been refunded the $100 cost. I contacted TireRack, and they matter-of-factly exclaimed they had not ever received the rotors.

BS. I found my ticket w/ tracking number from USPS, and, wow, low and behold! TireRack had indeed received AND signed for the rotors on December 28th (6 days after I shipped them).

I called them back and the woman was rude over the phone and put me on hold while she checked out my claim. She came back on the phone and simply said "Oh. we found them. We'll refund your card soon." No apology, no timeframe, no nothing. Baaad baad customer service there.

Overall, I do believe TireRack is a good company, but just keep in mind no company is exempt from mistakes and bad customer service at times.

I didn't think TIRErack sold rotors....I guess I neber looked! The problem you had with them could be due to a new 'branch' or maybe the sublet the parts area of their business out to a car parts dealer? Hope you get your money soon though!
