Paid him April 1st, item still has not been received almost a month later, April 28th. Eastern NY to central MA shipping wouldn't take more than a few days.

Asked him for shipping info after the first week, he said only "shipped yesterday or two days ago". That's it. No reply when I asked again right after, for the shipping info.
PM'd once each week asking for the ship method and tracking info, told him it still hadn't been received, asked what was up. No replies at all; yet he logs on here daily.
Had to file a claim with Paypal. Gave him plenty of time and chances; even waited a few days after I told him I was going to file the claim, still nothing. I'm done.
Sad that a-holes like this ruin a good thing for everybody.

Got the money back, paypal ruled in my favor. He never replied to me through paypal in the first part of the claim, and apparently never replied to the paypal requests for a reply to them when it was escalated to a dispute. Class act.
Never sent the item, had no intention of returning the money.
And this clown supposedly has a business, per his sig?

Enjoy your negative trader rating, this negative thread about you, and a strike against your paypal account. Hope it was worth it to you, over $55 - which paypal took back. Pretty f'n stupid, I'd say.

Seriously? Are you for real? I got the money back, after a month and a half, via a dispute through paypal. They took the money back, you didn't refund it. You didn't send the item, didn't reply to any pm's or emails, and made no attempt to resolve this.
You don't see that as being an issue?
