SO...I have focused on purchasing a Scion XA for some time now. I finally hit up my credit union that has an autobuying program and went through them to have the car spec'd out and purchased. This process has taken about a month, to then find out the car has to be ordered because there are no new Scion XA's that are Flint Micah, have SRS curtain airbags, that are Manual transmission in California or anywhere. I've tried going to other dealers and no one wants to do the work in locating one, they all just want to offer me automatic, or different color, etc.

ANYWAY. the dealer finally delivered my new car after fumbling around with their service dept. getting all the options installed and guess what? It was an F'ING AUTOMATIC!!! Now I'm stuck, with their loaner (which looks like a carnival on wheels), until they try and find me the right car. I hit up another dealer and they said it could take about a month to get my car, since they were unable to locate one to my specs within the entire dealer network. What the hell? What would you do in this case? Any suggestions?

I'm so frustrated, I've waited over a month, and I even took time off of work thinking I was going to have this car Tues. like I was told.

Sorry about your problem. I don't think there is much you can do other than getting your money back or waiting. By then you might get a 2007.
