That's all I'm saying right now. I don't like it but I think that's what I have to do. Sorry I know you all want the scoop but I have to think of me and my situation and I think it's better for me to keep my mouth shut right now.

My lawyers have continually advised me to stay off the net but at some point I need to put my side and more importantly the facts out here. I am not sure where the outlandish stories continue to come from but at this point I think it is time to set some of the record straight.
Below is a brief timeline as to the events leading to this mess.
In the third quarter of 2006 I entered into negotiations with Danny Bower to bring in additional capital to help offset our continual growth. You will remember that this is when we ran the big promotion about shipping before August 1st etc… At the end of the year the paperwork between Danny and I was final and a new company was established: ZPIracing, INC. I did indeed enter into an agreement to sell the assets of Zero Point Industries, LLC. I could have kept this money for personal profit but I did not. I allowed all of these funds to be deposited into and used for the general use of the company. So essentially Danny invested the money into a company he would be President of.
Danny and I would meet make an agreement and then it would be followed with more excuses as why it could not be done. I could not continue to work for a company like this and not be in control of the company I started and that my family, friends, and customers continued to sacrifice in order to make successful.
Danny was majority owner of said company. The exact percentages are a little skewed as final paper work and organizational minutes were never signed. This is where all the ongoing problems began. Danny was supposed to be a minority owner. This was never accomplished and once the paperwork was in place we could never come to an agreement to get the rest of it signed. Fast Forward 6 months and you get to the current situation.
With this in mind a deal was struck with Danny on July 9th in front of
every ZPI employee for me to purchase the brand and the liabilities from Danny. This was concluded and all was well. While the paperwork was being drafted Danny once again withdrew his verbal commitment and asked for a ludicrous amount of money for his stake in the company. One could only assume this was done once it became common knowledge that Turbochargers.com would be financially supporting said merger. (This is where GREED kicked in.) This was obviously unreasonable, so I sent everyone home and the shop has not conducted business since in order to preserve the integrity of the brand. I did attempt a counter offer but Danny and his lawyer where conveniently unreachable for two weeks to either accept or decline the offer.
This left me with no other option as Danny's puppet, other wise known as Brad Waldron, continued to slander me and the brand on the net with outlandish stories, rumors, and lies. This is what spawned my letter of resignation to the public a three Fridays ago. So where does this leave everyone else?
Great question, now that I have left and the employees of ZPIracing, Inc opted not to work for Danny after witnessing the betrayal first hand Danny has been left in a hard spot. So instead of manning up and accepting responsibility for his actions and laying in the bed he mad he has opted to continually slander me and pass the blame.
The facts are irrefutable and undeniable. Regardless of the paperwork between Danny and I, the assets of the company, the orders, and business were being conducted as ZPIracing, Inc. This leaves all the responsibility on the President of the company, whom in this case is Danny Bower and possibly 19% on me. This is yet to be determined but does not change the fact that this is ZPIracing, Inc's responsibility. A company Danny is President of.
As I am sure it is also common knowledge at this point ZPIracing, INC is locked out of their location. This is also correct. Danny can regain control of this property at anytime; all he has to do is sign a lease. I am responsible for the lease on the property and cannot allow ZPIracing, INC and Danny Bower to do as they please with the building at my expense. I paid the July lease payment out of personal funds in an attempt to show good faith and keep everyone's property safe as I was hopeful this could be resolved amicably.
As of noon today Danny and I can still not meet on common ground. I have continually made generous offers in an effort to regain control of the company I founded even in the wake of all the internet drama so that I could complete all pending orders and vendor debts. As I believe, Danny or ZPIracing, INC have zero intentions on fulfilling their responsibilities to both customers and vendors. However, I may be misreading the situation as I do hope they would not conduct business in such an unethical fashion. Danny has used this kindness against me and has attempted to exploit it to the fullest of his ability. On Wednesday the 15th I will default on the lease and surrender the keys of the building to the owner of the property. If Danny is truly interested in making this right I am sure he will make arrangements with him to get a lease on the property. He has declined these offers thus far but only time will tell.
I truly feel for all of you stuck in this disaster. I hate to see all of the hard work of everyone around me go down in this manner, essentially over paperwork errors and greed. I will continue to be online and am here to answer any questions and help in amy way I can. I know this sucks for everyone involved, but especially for you the customers and supporters.
There are thousands of rumors on the net about what happened to the brand we all knew as ZPIracing. This is the most honest I can be without using foul language. Everyone around the company for the last 6 months can validate all of the above claims…even without that just ask your self one question….why would we walk away from the one thing we have sacrificed and invested every blood, sweat, and tear into over the last three years just to give it to someone else if there was any other way? I am not just talking about me but all of the great employees and supporters who have become true friends…. They did not lose a job…they have lost a crucial part of their life. Because as you should know by now, this isn't just our hobby or a way to pay the bills, this is our life and it's a part of who we are.

i'm not sucking his nuts but i would tend to agree. why would half of the staff leave if they had everything going ok for them. they had family and were fine there. somethings missing. i'm sure we'll find out

I want to be the first to say, throughout this ordeal, (even though they did not fulfill my order in the end) they defiantly did their best given the circumstances. Pleasant courteous, and willing to everything they could to finish their orders, I hope that others get their money back and will plan to do business with turbochargers.com I'm sure they will implement the same great efforts into this next endeavor.

i love how i made up the stories that i posted on here. I have no reason to make up stories to make people believe me. Kenny just wanted to get the first i am the good guy post on the internet. Kenny knows all of these stories are true and he is running from it.
