For the unlucky that haven't already received their refund or the items they purchased, the money will be split between the lawyers when this is all said and done. Sadly, be it for personal, ethical, or legal reasons, no one will ever get the 100% truth from Kenny or Danny, and unless customers are willing to file suit in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, or file Federal wire fraud charges against Zero Point Industries and it's ownership (past and present), I doubt there will be a satisfactory resolution. This is not an attack on Danny, Kenny, or anyone employed (past or present) by ZPI, it's just the common reality of business break-ups such as this one. Whether right or wrong, whether both sides have the best of intentions, it almost always ends with the customers getting screwed, and a pile of court fees and invoices from the lawyers.

Thats what I've been saying since the beginning but the nut swingers were a little(a lot) more optimistic. 27 pages later, I don't see a resolution in any foreseeable future. My estimate would be a year at minimum depending on lawyer maneuvering.
