I can't believe I missed this post. I too was stuck in the middle of this crap. I had called every week since June 5th (when I ordered my Stage 0 and Exhaust) and they kept telling me they were waiting on manifolds. Then a month later they were waiting on the powder coating. Before leaving for cancun on August 5th I called for an update and Sean or Kenny (can't remember) said my stuff was going to be shipped that weekend.

Well to no surprise to me, upon returning I did not recieve my stuff. So I called and called and no one answered the phone. I started to get worried because they already had 3800 of my credit card dollars. Then I saw Kenny's post on the forums and was pretty ____ed about everything. I really wanted that particular turbo, it was perfect for me. But now I just want my money.

So an update....today I called the credit card company and started the dispute. Hopefully this gets sorted out. I am also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I want my 3800 bucks back!!!

Obviously you completely missed the point of my post. My point was that Sean Newton who ran 502ss in some sort of way, just went up and sold it and has had nothing to say about it.

No. I am saying they are more useful because they will go after them for you...for free...and make all of this information public records for consumers to find...who are not aware of this thread. There could be many others that do not drive a Scion or join forums.

How is posting a link to the BBB and providing a way for members that have issues with these companies to get some help...THREAD HIJACKING?

 

^^^He is right, I am surprised no one ever reported ZPI to BBB. People are either unaware or lazy. If everyone who ZPI screwed over the years reported to BBB, they would have been out of business long before Kenny walked out.

Sean Newton worked for ZPI and is Kennys right hand man, he also was apart of running 502ss then just up and sold it the past few weeks without telling anyone on the staff, or who 502ss really belonged too, now he took the money, hit the road to Texas and no one has heard anything from him.

This thread IS about ZPI isn't it? And Sean Newton IS apart of ZPI. Yes, there isn't anything significant in that link about people getting screwed over for parts or anything by Kenny, but there is a significance of someone getting screwed over by Sean for something that wasn't rightfully his, now Sean is no where to be found to explain the scenario.

I just don't see how Kenny is gonna succeed with turbochargers.com after he first ruined his rep locally, then was dumb enough to do it nationally.

I give it a couple of years at most before turbochargers.com flops and Kenny high tails it out of there into another scamming business. I don't know though, you know how they say 3rd times a charm...

I wasnt refering to you. Besides, shawn did own 502 SS and told me back in febuary he was selling it because it only paid him like 100 bucks a month. He dosnt have to explain himself why he sold the forum. 502 ss was just a local forum for him to earn an extra couple of bucks outside of ZPI, and was kennys sales person for ZPI. He didnt work on any of the cars in the shop.

If sean is moving to houstan, i wouldnt doubt that hes making a local forum there. WHY NOT?

You guys really dont have a life. Ive talked to some locals up there, and a few had really good things to say, and a few a some bad things to say. Im not doubted that kenny screwed up, but some of the crap online is just that, crap.

Haha locals, you must have talked to the kids that just stepped out of a F/F movie and are clueless about life.

Everyone in Louisville area that is in the car scene knows the low down on ZPI aka Redline Motorsports#2 Thats why they did very very little business from locals, besides the ricers wanting tail lights, air filters and muffler tips. Take your pos zpi turbo kit and go play with yourself, The only thing ZPI was good for is taking peoples money and not providing the goods/services.

 

Also Since kenny is your hero, you can follow up on these cases.
