Default WhiteBlazer01 ?? .. problem SOLVED ..

ok, I have been patient enough Paul ( WhiteBlazer01 is his username on here ), I need to release my thoughts. As many of you know ( most are local) , he's a good guy and done your swaps very nicelyand such, I can see that .. even Trung (Squallheart) admits it too. But it seemsike recently he has not returned my calls and messages. What's up with that ? That last time we were talking on the phone was on the 29th or 30th in October. I overnighted my TBL to him to do the Knight Rider on SEPTEMBER 21 2006 .. There was his first promise to get the mod done before his local meet on 10/18, and the second one was before my Halloween meet. But there was absolutely nothing came. You know the feeling when you are hoping from getting your order shipped and well packed come to your door .. well, yah .. everyday when I get off work, run to my mailbox and I just shake my head and sigh, "it'll be here tomorrow." But day by day, how disappointed I been. I understand that things become overwhelmed sometimes in this industry, but at least he has to drop me a line or something, not just leave me hanging like this .. He has time to log on his myspace and here BUT not a sec to reply a few words ?? Are you avoiding me or you can't make it Knight Rider ? How come we were communicating so well at the beginning ??

Anyway, if anynody knows or can get ahold of him, please mention this ! Thanks ..

Hey Duc,

I'm sorry your having a bad experience with me, but I am trying to catch up on some past work (yours included).

Again, I'm sorry you had a bad experience with me, I've done business with 100's of people over the last 7 years and every once in a while something happens. I'm not trying to ruin my reputation, and I know this experience you have had has done so.

You are a priority on my list, and I will get your light shipped out as soon as I can. A LOT of people on this forum (and other forums) know me personally, and can tell you they have had a good experience with me and my work. Hopefully I can make this right with you (and anyone else that may be concerned with doing business with me).

Thanks.

Paul

paul.. as much as you're a cool guy.. you need to set your limits...

just becoming a platinum sponsor along with sponsoring other websites while trying to catch up on past work wasn't a smart move, imho...

you need to take your time and accept items when you know you're ready to do them...

otherwise... you're ____ing people off by holding onto items longer than necessary. and i'm getting ____ed off trying to calm down people that I myself personally recommended to go to you.

Hello,Would you think that it might be better idea to PM this person instead of using this post? If you feel it isn't than be my guest!

i wanted to express my feelings in the open so others may see it.... as well as hopefully get him to understand that his actions are affecting many others.

this thread was made because of an individual who has had an item in his possession for a very long time.

i hope that this was just a one time thing.. as i said.. i know paul and he's a great guy to work with.. however.. i have seen him burn himself out before...

i'm just worried about his well-being and wanted to make sure other people were aware about that.

Paul is working on a knight rider type deal with his third brake light.

he's had it since sept. and without a third brake light on his car, aznpimp has had tape to cover up the hole.

Trung, thanks for your opinion, but I've become a platinum sponsor because that was the next move for my business. I appreciate your concern, but I have talked with aznpmp about his brake light. I don't know what limits you are talking about me setting for myself. You have to understand that although I may be young, I am a business owner of 7 years, not a hobbyist, or a part time deal. I hope you aren't under the impression that a business owner/entrepreneur is as easy as having a job elsewhere. You're a cool guy, and I always have nice things to say about you when my customers ask me, but just be careful what you say.

I decided to do this 3rd brake light knight rider mod for someone, and I knew it would take a while to create a circuit to do so, but this was definitely not worth it. I have been a very reputable seller/sponsor of this forum, and others for a while, and now 1 person is upset because I have had his brake light for a long time now. In my defense, I did explain that it will take me a while to do the R&D, and this is not something that you sit down and figure out after a few hours. This job I accepted has damaged my reputation, and has made me pretty upset that there are posts on this forum saying "where are you paul", think twice before you do business with whiteblazer01".

I am a nice guy, and I go out of my way for my customers. My local customers who have seen me work know how hard I work, and I put my life into my business, and I will not have my reputation ruined like this.

This is my last reply to this thread, I woud appreciate any comments, replies, or questions directed in a PM or e-mail.

I would like to put in my two cents - though I know that Paul will not repond, I am going to post this anyways...

Paul is a great guy. When I did get a response from him, he was very friendly and he did an absolutely amazing job on my gauges... so good that I in fact would encourage anyone that wants to get the gauge mod done and was thinking about going with Paul to proceed with the transaction - you do get what you pay for.

However, I did have a problem and when this problem was brought up, the help slowly decreased. First there was the problem of mailing the item back - he said that if I paid an extra set amount, the item would be shipped over night. I payed for the items to be shipped to him over night and paid for the return back. But despite this, I waited nearly 4 days to get the items back. It's understandable that the post office does do things on a strict schedule and it's generally their schedule and not anyone elses... but this was just unacceptable.

Second, though the gauges were great, the HVAC was lacking. Some lights were not changed, some lights did not light up. When I asked him about this, he did offer to have them sent back to him and repair them himself. I commend you on this for it is a very good business practice. But, because of the problems with the previous shipping and I did not want to wait any longer, I chose not to send them to him and instead take his offer of sending me the LEDs so I could do the job myself. The LEDs were shipped very very quickly (I received them within 2 days) and I did what I could do with the HVAC. But, seeing how I am no expert with these things, I still had the problem of some lights still not lighting up... when I asked again for help, he asked for pictures then stopped reponding.

????

I ended up fixing the problem with the help of someone else - and I thank that person very much for his generosity and time. But, because I am in no way trying to damage Paul's business, I will not mention thier name.

Like I said before, Paul is a great guy and does do great work. All I am asking is that he responds to an email sent to him. I understand that he is busy, but it doesn't take that long to write - "Dude, I'm sorry that I am busy... give me a day or two and I will get back to you."
