zpi feedback
First time ever meeting Kenny or knowing about ZPI, came way by Kenny driving 3 some odd hours to vist and bring me a set of H-tech springs I had ordered. We were previously scheduled to meet at Nopi Nationals in 2005. ZPI was on track to go to the show, and so was I. Instead of shipping them, I just told them to bring it along cause I wanted to meet them in person too.
ZPI did not make it to Nopi Nationals that year. So, instead Kenny and his now wife Keisha said hey, why don't we just bring them to you, and maybe have dinner. And sure enough they did. Meet them, he bought me and my now fiance dinner, we raced each other, and had a blast. He was driving the Silver tC they have, and this was back when it had nothing but their exhaust system on it. I had some buch job exhaust at that time. He put like 3 damn car lengths on me....LOL. Great time. Later I made a trip up to their shop (this was back when they were at the old one). Took a ride with Kenny in a boosted tC, and I was HOOKED ever since. And ever since, Kenny has had my back when it came to our cars, and just being an all around friend to Misti and I. That's why I have his back like he has mine. Most of my crew goes to ZPI when they need performance mods/guidance/advice. We have 30+ members in our crew (Nashville Scikotics). We put Cruises together to go up to the shop just to hang out. He is the only one that touches our car, and it is what it is because of them.

Well, I did eventually get the exhaust that I ordered. It took over 2 months. The negative part is that I was never told it was back ordered, or I would have purchased from somewhere else. Also, when trying to contact them for status, I would not hear back for a week or more, just to hear, "They are backordered" they kept saying they expected them in a couple days, and they would say that evertime I called with weeks in between. But they did give me a free ZPI shirt and hat for my troubles.

Guess I should have specified that.
LOL...yeah, that would have helped a little. Your Cardomain says you have an Injen exhaust.
I didnt order my ZPI kit from them, I picked it up used.. but I did order some misc. parts from them , exhaust gasket, copper wg gasket, 6psi wg spring. I think it was kenny i spoke to on the phone, he was helpful. I got my part the day before they said i would one time, and right on time the others. my experience was positive
