i was told by kenny that sean and joe would be at the shop trying to get the kits ready all this week while they are gone. so dont get mad at me just cause you dont know what your talking about. i would just like to speak to someone in person rather than e-mail.

I can't help it that people throw **** out of proportion. D@mn the only thing I said was that they were out of the shop for their wedding and honeymoon. When someone wants to curse at me, I'ma stand up for myself. I'm not taking **** from anyone let alone someone who has the answer to their question in THEIR OWN THREAD!

Hmm, fortunately I have had good experiences with ZPI and all my stuff was shipped right away. But then again it was not a Stage 1 turbo. Its to bad that ZPI is getting a lot of bad apples lately but about certain items like pulley I have seen that they were on back order for months.

Good news is that there are a few companies that have stepped up to the plate like Dezod and Garage 1217, whom I will be doing business because they know the number one priority is customer service.

i didnt answer my own question. i didnt even ask a question. i simply want someone from zpi to call me. for someone that has paid them $4,973.16, i dont think that a phonecall is too much to ask.

No, I ordered my kit on feb 2nd with a down payment of $1,000 so zpi could start building my kit. i had my order completely paid for on mar 20th.

No excuse, the dude could have burned up in his maserati for all anyone cares he still has business obligations......when im out of town i have someone compentent running my business, i dont want my reputation soiled just because i went on vacation. Poor excuse, sounds like its a issue of being too greedy and not following though on a sale.....who cares if its for a 2.00 light or a 5,000 turbo, calls should have been made by ZPI as to the status of the issue. In business its yes or no, not excuses or other B.S, If i was in bretts shoes i would do whatever is nessacary with in the law to get my product or my money back. By law if you use your credit card the seller has 30 days to provide the product or a full cash refund if he is unable to fully fulfill his obligation......

well i e-mailed kenny yesterday, and called zpi today. still no response to either. i hope that if someone from zpi reads this they will contact me.
