Well I am not sure why you or someone else deleted my posts, but I have an important question about the connectors:

Are these the same connectors as your kit? I already have D2S bulbs and I need a kit that will hook into these.

we usually don't recommend mix/matching different companies because that will void the warranty, but it does look like it's the same plugs.

Gotcha. Well I went to your site and I ordered the D2S kit in 5000k (closest to 4300K I can get) and I clicked confirm order and...it didn't do anything, it just went back to my shopping cart. So I went to my account and I clicked on "my orders" and it says "You have not yet made any purchases"

So I clicked back and re-submitted it...same thing.

Have you received my order?

when that happens it means that your name and billing address does not match the name and billing address on the card.
If you have a middle initial you need to type that in too.

Got my 9006-6000k kit on thursday, and then today, two days later, the passenger side no longer lights up. Tested the bulb on the other ballast, it's good, so the passenger side ballast, or rather the one I was using for the passenger side is bad.

How do I go about getting a replacement?

 

got mines about two days ago too. i got 6k its more of a blue than white. not white at all and not bright. something right with bulb?

 

I got my 9003 Hi/Lo-6000K Automobile HID Kit.. and I have problem with it. The site description said
H4/9003 Hi/Lo HID Bulb
Low beam HID
High beam Halogen
but when I installed it... the low beam has the halogen and the high beam has the HID... hmmm.... Is this defective? or can be fix? I tried switching the polarity but didnt work (obviosly it wont turn on ) any advice? I bought it for my brother 07 honda fit... coz their hid works perfect on my tc....

i just installed my h3 HID kit today. and 1 of my h3 bulbs is not as bright and yellow as the other 1. how can I get a replacement bulb? or ballast? my order # is 3885. Dennis

Please swap the bulb from one side to the other and see if the problem follows that bulb, sometimes, it's the headlight housing reflector that's causing the uneven brightness, please send me a picture before swap and after swap to info@hidextra.com and I'll get you further instructions if need for exchange.
