You must have gotten the wrong relay type. Maybe its a 9006 relay instead of the H11?

So the kits do NOT come with a wiring harness that has a relay and fuses for the battery line?

 

Nope, that's separate, and our cars don't require it, but you can still get it if you want. I think it is like 15$

Can't wait to get mine!

 

Relay is different from wire harness, scion cars don't need a relay (that connects to the battery) therefore it's not included, but you can purchase additional at $16. Thanks!
