Received mine today 6000K, that was some super fast shipping.No problems with the kit at all. But I do have one complaint, it should've been packed a little better.It kit itself was in a box, but it was put into just a USPS envelope.It should've been put in another box for better protection for the kit.Other than that everything is good.
I just ordered my second kit as a present for my sister's graduation from nursing school. She drives a 05 nissan sentra se-r and I thought it'd be a great present. She graduates tomorrow and I was relieved to find that my packaged arrived today.
So you can imagine how upset I was to find that one of my bulbs was broken. The HID's themselves don't seem to packed securely enough. So if you can please direct me where to file an RMA claim, it'd be greatly appreciated.
I'd like to give these to her as soon as possible. I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to send the broken HID lamp back that has the rubber washer and wires attached, but I'm definitely not looking forward to the turn around time (I had to send back a faulty ballast from my first kit I bought and it took quite a while). I doubt you'd be able to just send out that part of my kit without me sending the sealed broken bulb back first, but I thought I'd give it a shot. Please let me know what you can do ASAP.
