I bought my kit back in Dec 09 and it gave me problems for a few weeks and then all of of sudden it went away.
Thought I was in the clear, well now the same problem is back.

The driver side light keeps shutting off and if I tap one of the wires it would flicker back on but once I hit a bump... it shuts off again.
It still flickers when I tap it but it won't stay long enough for me to get back in the car.
So I looked at the wires and it turns out one of the connectors are burnt out. What's up with this?

The top one is all burnt compared to the shiny bottom one

argh I should have waited, ordered four days too early. I' was thinking to myself "hmm they have sales a lot, wonder if they'll do a July 4th one" but wasn't sure so I went ahead and ordered lol.

Anyhoo the kit arrived quickly, haven't seen it yet as I haven't been home but the ordering and shipping process went smoothly and quickly so kudos to you HIDextra.

I'm considering buying an H3 kit next week. Would I need a relay harness for my fogs? I bought one for the first kit I got from HIDExtra and works fine but would I need to buy a separate relay harness for the H3 kit?

Also..would 5000K bulbs work on my 6000k kit currently installed? I want a more whiter light output without purchasing a 3rd kit if possible lol.

 

You don't need any relay for the fog light.
Yes, if you want to change the color temperature, you can just purchase replacement bulbs only.
