WOW since Michel left nothing but horrible customer service.

No respond to any emails, order placed not completed
or items as requested in the comment section per the instructions on ordering 2 sets at 35.00 a pop was not even read. Multiple emails and ultimately 2 days later I had to call to get things straight.

terrible terrible

so far I have ordered 9 sets of HIDs from you guys and since Michel left nothing but problems...

Then ontop of everything, I order a set of HIDs for a Crysler 300. Needed capasitors and I received for free. Now I need capasitors for a 2009 Honda accord coupe V4 and a 2008 Yaris sadan, and yet i have to pay 20 bucks

What is the return policy for these HID kits? Ive had mine in over a year, and a couple days ago My driver side would not come on. I checked some fuses and found the driver side low beam fuse had been blown. I repalced the driver side with another bulb i had ( to see if it would work ) and it blew the fuse again right away. I then put my oem bulbs in with a new fuse, and all is good. I believe i have a bad ballast. Can i return the ballast in exchange for a new one? or how does this work. Thanks.
