Hello:

quick questions regarding your items.

1. Order #17216 - Placed on August 8, 2011 - 9004 Hi/Lo-5000K Automobile Xenon HID Conversion Kit for a 1990 Toyota Corolla Station Wagon SE -
Both low beams work fine, when you flash the high beams, or just turn on the high beams, and return back to low beam, the low beams completely turn off. The car needs to be re-started for it to work properly.

What could be the issue?

2. Order #6643 - Placed on May 14, 2010 - lights burnt out within a year.

3. Order #10849 - Placed on September 10, 2010 - lights burnt out within a year

4. Order #13684 - Placed on December 31, 2010 - 008 Toyota Yaris (sedan) high/low beam headlamp 9003/HB2 5000K lights flicker, then turn off, recently started doing this. once they turn off, it takes a while from them to turn back on. High beams work fine.

also - 2nd part of order was a set of 3000K 9006 bulbs for my fog lights (please note I have the VRD fogs and OEM scion TC fogs, both running, functioning and working at the same time) The passenger side bulb is burnt out.

5. Order #15340 - Placed on March 25, 2011 - 9007 5K kit Slim matte black kept blowing fuses had to buy a regular set (exchange was done through warranty) no further action needed on this.

6. Order #15719 - Placed on April 20, 2011 - bought 2 pairs of 9006 bulbs since the other ones kept burning out (see orders above)

7. Order #17239 - fog light bulbs for a 2009 Honda accord coupe, driver side bulb is bluish than the passenger, using relay harness.

These are my questions:
I have spent over 600.00 in HID kits from your company. What can you do to help with the issues above. When responding please respond with the number of the issue you are referring to.

I would not mind re-buying another 4 sets to replace all the bad ones I received, specially when the warranty requires you to remove the bulb/ballast then cut at certain locations, and with my car, all the ballast are hidden, so do process a claim through the warranty I would have to remove my bumper, but wires, send pics, re-install the bumper, wait 10 days, receive items, remove bumper, install items, re-install items, wait 6 months for them to burn out again and repeat the process. What can you do for me, or how can you help me with the above issues.

SORRY for the long post, but I have bought over 12 HID sets from you guys, and mostly to replace other sets that have burnt out, specially because your warranty procedures puts the consumer at a disadvantage.

Thank you

im very diasppointed wit my order. ordered 2 sets for black friday sale a pair in 9006 (5000k) and a pair of h7's (6000k) for a lexus es.

i installed the 9006 pair on my car and they are definatly NOT 5000k im very disappoited i hate blue hid's it looks like i got a pair of 6k's or 8k's and im not even sure what color i got for the H7's since neither HID box were labeled with the color kelvin.

Cisco, liking the look for some reason, lol. I wonder if you did the OEM fogs as your high beams, would that work?

Hey Hidxtra, I just bought a 35w kit from you guys, but its just as bright as my stock lights, its not as bright as what other members posted. Is there anyway I can exchange it to the 55w? and just pay the price difference?

^ if you bought anything above 6k's theres absolutely zero point i having an HID kit. the higher the kelvin the lower visibility output they produce.

35 watt and 55 watt wont make a difference at all

Those have to be either 10,000k's or 8,000K bulbs unless your camera darkens the picture.
