Just ordered a set of HID kit from you and installed it on my brother's tC....
He just told me that his lights are flickering and sent me a link to a video on your website where you guys are so proud of your product which does not flicker like other cheap HID kits, well.. sadly it does!!

What can we do about this?

our 4300K is for special order only, we usually don't put it on the web site.

It usually takes 3~4 business days for you to receive the package.

I received mine. They work perfectly, and they are super bright.

I can't get the relay to function properly though, and one ballast is really loud (any help on these 2 items?).

Other than that, I really enjoy them, will have to order the high beams soon.

Ive been using these a decent amount lately, and they are very nice. The lights are very bright, provide excellent visibility and they look fantastic. I would recommend these to anybody, and I will be ordering a pair of high beams for myself, and another low beam kit for my wife when she gets her new car.

Excellent product.

Go with the slims. I had problems with the standards. One moment; driver's side is out than the next day passenger side is out. So I decided to switch them to my fogs and buy the slim (I thought the other customer service rep was nice when I PM'd what was going.) That very same slim kit is working like a champ; I would personally know better than other owners since I work nights.

In fact, I bought another slim kit on Friday for my fogs. This time I'm went with 3000k.

This concerned me too. Their site says their HIDs do not flicker, well they do. Three people in my area have them and they all have issues. One tC has all analog HIDS (Fogs and Lows), another Analogs in the lows only and the third tC has a digital set. The digital SLIMS appear to be the best ones and have not died yet but do have flickering issues. Both analog sets have had issues with the driver side going out while driving. This began happening weeks after purchasing the set. They have tried relay harnesses and everything but the flickering and lights on the driver side going out keeps occurring. I think the ballast is just a poor design because when we plug one of my old ballasts in the lights remain on without any issues. Like many others said on this site and others (Nissan, Honda, Mustang, Acura, etc) it appears to be poor ballast quality...However, for the price of these kits, I guess you can't go wrong giving it a shot. If I were to choose, I'd get the SLIMS.
