hey cliff, you may remember i had a bad drivers side balace and you sent me a replacement. Thanks btw. well now it appears my passenger side ballast is bad. my right headlight went out yesterday while driving. idk if ups mistreated my package or what. can u send me a new one or would you like me to send you my kit and u can check it for problems?

Cliff my relay went out... It melted to be exact.. How do I go about replacing my h7 relay for my tc... I'm sad... Lemme know asap.. Thanks cliff... Its an h7 bulb because I'm runnin the hids in the anzo headlights. Thanks bud! The ballast still work I hope.. They click when u try to turn the off... I can send u the relay if ud like..

hey cliff, everytime i go over a bump that same bulb thats been giving my the problem from the start is like shaking, and actually both bulbs are doing it now. idk if its the ballast, or i just got bad luck and got a bad kit :[ is there anything you can do for me?

 

hey cliff...I purchased a set of the 8k HIDS for my 06 tC a while back and I absolutely love them. However, recently the driver side bulb is flickering when on. It kind of looks like a strobe light haha. It is pretty distracting to other drivers and I need to get this problem fixed. I just dont know what is wrong with it. Let me know what you think and if I need to pick up a new pair of bulbs I will. Again I love the bulbs, just need to get this issue fixed. PM me asap if you can.

I'm not an HID expert or anything but just check your wiring. Swap your ballasts over and see if the problem goes to the other side. Try to narrow the problem down so when cliff gets back to you he'll know exactly what you need whether it is the bulb, harness or ballast. GL bro!

 

there will be a special on the h3 3k kit late next week.

sounds like an issue with the ballast power or bulb wires. can you wiggle the lights when the lights are on and see if you can recreate the problem while at a standstill? Let me know what's going on and I'll get you covered man...

please swap the bulbs from side to side to see if the issue follows the bulb. if it does, we'll need to you get you a new bulb, if it doesn't - possibly a ballast issue.
