Cliff, i sent you a PM
tctaco - I pm'd ya some troubleshooting tips.
bignoog, every product will have an issue here or there. sometimes it's due to a poor installation job, corrosion on the relay due to mounting it where it will be subject to the elements, or a wet fuse block from washing the engine. things go wrong and more often than not, it's something that is a simple fix. of course there are a few ballast failures and a few are expected since nothing is perfect but more often than not, it's something with the installation.
In the past month, I've had ballasts sent in that were perfectly fine but the owner said they were fried, seen a ballast wire get worn out because the wire was rubbing on the side terminal of the battery and an installation where the ballast was not securely mounted and it was rubbing against a pulley on the motor... uh - yeah, that ballast was TOAST.
So yeah- stuff happens but I think it's really the service behind the product that really counts.
maxim - glad to hear.

i like that color Jonathan. I like how the corner throws out that lobster pincer of light. kinda makes me think it would be cool if Scion designed it to project the word "scion tC" on the ground.
nobody would be swapping their headlights for sure!just the other day i was driving on the highway minding my own business when a BMW 3 series coupe came up behind me fast with blue-ish lights like yours. looked super mean. I normally drive with 4300k all around but I just swapped them out for some 8k bulbs for fun...
wooo hoo!
