Greetings, from the largest city in TX
Because seriously, Houston is pretty freaking enormous.
However, the hour+ long drive across town isn't too bad in my 2009 tC.
Except for right now, because it's rainy and traffic is stupid.
I work IT in oil&gas, not really much of a gearhead but I've been able to do some repair work on older cars (90s models and such).
Not a performance nut, I just like my stuff to run as smooth as it can, like the fine machine it was made to be.
Bought Arya, my "sizzling crimson mica" (really? That's black cherry mica, if anything) tC a few months back; was trolling through the Toyota dealer looking at Corollas when I came around the front of a 4runner and saw her.
Always liked the tC, the only Scion I ever liked, and here it was in the perfect color - and manual to boot! Took her for a spin, brought her home to meet the family that night.
So, that's me and my Scion in a nutshell. It's been a whirlwind relationship, and hopefully one that sticks around for awhile.
