Hello! I just joined but have had a 2005 XB since, well, 2005. We were among the first in our area to buy a Scion and we still trade nods of acknowledgement with other Box drivers when we're out-and-about.

We got ours even though I was sure I'd hate the center dash cluster and boxy shape, but needed something affordable and easy to got in and out of. I was surprised we LOVED it when we test-drove and bought it immediately. I'm 5'11" and my wife is 5' and it is comfortable for both of us and our elderly parents. I hate that Toyota killed the brand just because old farts like us bought them in addition to the "youngsters" they intended the car for, but there we are.

It is a great car for me and my wife, which is why I've joined; tips and advice for keeping the old girl going for as long as possible...and the car too ;)
