New here! I figured I'd stop by and introduce myself. I'm Jenn from Ohio and have been a Scion owner since 2015.
My first xB was a 2015 in Black Cherry, and I absolutely loved that car. As far as I know, it's still out there on the road today.
A few years later, I bought my current xB, a 2012 Release Series, #1001 of 1,500. I've owned it for the last 14 years, and it's been with my family ever since. It has only had two drivers, has never been in an accident, and has been one of the best vehicles I've ever owned.
Unfortunately, it recently took its final trip with our family. The engine still turns over, but it's pretty clear it's reached the end of the road.
I'm now trying to decide whether to send it to the scrapyard, tow it home and turn it into a mini truck or project car or find another Scion enthusiast who might want to save it. It would honestly make me happy to know it continued on with someone who appreciates ut as much as I have.
I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone here, learning from the community, and hopefully finding the right future for my Release Series. Thanks for having me! I will try to follow the guidelines to be able to post in the marketplace after doing so.
