Default '06 Xa Power Window and Alarm Problem

I have a 2006 Xa that came without an alarm or keyless entry. It was the first thing I bought (RS3200) and then had a technician friend that was in town at the time help me install it. Although it was really easy as everything is just plug and play. Long story short, something came up towards the end of the install so we had to leave before testing everything. When I tested everything the next day I found that everything worked great except for the rear passenger side window. The window will not move.
After some online research, I tried unplugging the battery to possibly reset it. I tried holding the button up and down for long periods of time and nothing work.
Outside of taking the alarm completely out and putting it back together again, I was hoping someone may have some insight on this issue. If I could just figure out how the window is wired and what harness I could unplug to test that it's working properly that would be great but seems unlikely.
