Just call up your local Toy dealers. It will vary greatly. One dealer can be over $50 more than another. At least in Cent.MD it around around $225 (for "15K service) MD dealers seem to charge a lot of "tech" labor...although the techs probably wont see most of the labor cost added to their paychecks.

BTW, some dealers will tell you that it cost $200 for 15K. But what they dont tell you is that they will add $20-25 in "shop fees." You wont see that shop fee until the job is "done" or when you are about to pay. Once you enter the local Toy service department they may annotate a simple addition like below:

15K service
+tax
= $200
+shop fee
<they wont add the equal sign to the shop fee section. So you think you are only charge for tax and the service. > THen you sign it "basicly binding" thinking you will pay $200 but it wont be.

Thanks Russel TOyota of Catonsville, MD. I caught it late but I demanded that that the "shop fee" be taken away. GOod thing your cashier made it the change...

are you kidding me??? At 15K, I would change the oil, rotate the tires, change the air filter, and POSSIBLY change the coolant. Maybe bleed the brakes while I have the wheels off. Check fluids, do a quick visual inspection, and you're good to go. No way that should cost anything near $200. The dealership is definitely trying to take advantage of you. You can do all of these things yourself on a weekend morning. Use the $$$ saved to buy some tools.

I agree with Tooncies, Do it all yourself. This is not a Ferrari that requires some special maintanence or anything. The only time I go to the dealer is for my free oil changes and for warrenty work because I know they are going to bend me over if I go in for anything else.

at my dealership, they have these prices posted up on the wall. I think it was $50. But I also think it was just the price for scions, not toyota. I guess it has to do with the "pure pricing"
