I dropeed my car off at the dealership today to get a few things checked:

1. Sunroof Rattle
2. Rear Hatch Rattle
3. Drivers Side seat cover coming off by rear entry lever
4. Drivers side inside door hadle trim pops off all the time
5. A/C takes forever to cool down
6. Slight pull to the right



Anybody else have any problems getting these things repaired (besides for the rattles I know there are countless threads on these issues), or did the dealer just give you the run around?

In the meantime I am stuck without my car and I had to borrow my g/f v6 mustang. I got to say after driving it again after getting my tC I am surprised on how slow it feels. I mean it is still pretty quick but laacks that snap that the tC has.

 

I just dropped my car off at the dealer earlier today to get the A/C checked out, the hatch rattle, and the sunroof rattle and they just called me to tell me that they will have to keep it overnight to get it fixed. The service manager called me and said that their tech took it for a test drive to confirm my claims and that i was dead on about the rattles and the A/C. I couldn't hear my hatch rattle, but mentioned it just to get it checked out. I'll let you know when i get it back what happens with it. Hopefully everything works out ok with yours...and mine.

I took mine in for the A/C too but theyu said it was cooling perfectly..i was like BS DRIVE AROUND IN IT! so i might take it back. They replaced my floor mats with the new style ones....Umm i had the TSB performed on the Sunroof..so far it hasnt come back.

I also had the slight pull to the right when i first bought the car, so i took it back and they rotated the tires and it fixed the problem.

I mean the rattles are annoying but i can live with them. The only thing that is urking me is the A/C...so i will take it back..

O! i also had them order me a new Drivers side Air Vent..it closes on it's own...still have to take it in for the to be put in..havent had time, then come to find out my passenger one is doing the exact same thing. GRRRR
