what's a good product to use to bring my dashboard color back? it kind of looks like it's faded (tried too many different products, and one was armorall, and i think it got the best of it )

 

Got a pic? Seems weird that it's fading already.

 

No digi camera or anything. But yeah, I've used so many different products, like armorall, blackmagic, all kinds of protectant sprays.... just to see which one would work. Any ideas on what to clean the dashboard with? I regularly use the interior detail spray from Meguiar's and it doesn't leave that nasty shine that I have on my dashboard....

 

I usually just hit the dash with the wet chamois after a wash and Amorall dash cleaning wipes (no greasy, shiny residue) before shows.

 

Yeah, I wish I knew all of this before I applied any of it. Any tips on getting that greasy shine out?

 

Hmm..maybe a lil bit of soapy water and a brush?

 

Yeah, I'm hoping that will work, because I think that is what is making my dashboard look like it's fading... hopefully, thanks for all of your helpful advice.

Hmm, sorry for that re-post. I totally forgot that I had this post. But anyways, my real question was that I'm trying to get that greasy look off my dashboard. That whole soap and water idea didn't work.

Try 303 Protectant. A little expensive but the finish seems to last forever. Leaves a nice darker, satin finish. Makes the dash and door panels richer looking.
