Default Is it going to be void warranty?

Hi

I have 07 tC.
I got injen itakes, greddy sp2 exhaust and strup header. And much more like rims, CF hood, coilover etc.

well I researched about this topic for an hour I coudn't get nothing.. so im just posting it now..

Ok..I was going to use my 2nd free oil change that offered by dealership, but Im kinda worry about voidin warranty due to i installed some aftermarket parts especially header and intakes... I guess the exhaust is fine tho.

Well actually they can't just void warranty because i just want to have a free oil change from them but if something happened like blow my motor later, then they possibly blame me if they recorded that using aftermarket parts on my car when I had oil change from them.

So, do i have to put OEM parts back on my car and bring it to dealership?
If that's the only case I should do, I will forget about free offers.. that's not worth it.

But I really want to use free oil change offers since it's a brand new car and they required me to do fill out some kind of warranty booklet on every single time when I have oil change untill warranty is over.

Need a help.. Thanks

they don't care about the parts on the car until they actually cause something to happen.

Its called the Magnussen-Moss act, and it requires dealerships to prove your modifications caused the failure before they dismiss the warranty on that particular failure.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magnuson-Moss_Warranty_Act

Also, it is "void warranty" or "the warranty has been made void". They're not running away screaming from the warranty to "avoid" it.
