Call toyota AND lexus dealers. If not, go to a Toyota body shop and ask for some in a small bottle.

I have a small scratch in my door....i've had my car for like 3 days i'm sooo ____ed. Anyway i need some touch up paint aswell.

you can get it right from the scion dealer?
for, what i've heard, $5 and $10

and is it perfect for taking out little scratches and scrapes? or should i try something else like a wax compound?
whats the facts?

You could alway get a quart mixed up for projects and dip into it for touch-up duty. Then you'd have some just incase. So far I'm on my second bottle from the dealer.
