Low tire pressure warning light on...
I just got new tires put on, the people there put like 35ish PSI into all of them. After the change I took them home and looked at the side of the door when you open it and it said 32/29. Anyways, I let some air out of all 4 tires to get to that level the next morning. I have this key chain thing that checks the tire pressure "Accutire MS-4652B Key Chain Digital Tire Gauge Black" So I just stick that in partially to let the air blow out, then I push it in to see how much PSI there is. Its been 2 days since and I just noticed the (_!_) light turn on.
I got a 06, so no new TPMS thing... Does that light go on once you reach below those numbers? like 28.5 PSI for the rear tires or does it have to go down alot lower for the light to turn on? I'm trying to figure out if its this or my tires are out of balance...cuz I've been thinking that they are, but now that I've deflated the tires a bit, thats another reason why the light could be on now...____ D: I just checked the tires again using that thing, and the PSI is 35 front and 33 rear this is because I just drove the car and the tires are a little hot right? But if they are this high, then why is the light on....=/

yeah its true ppl have the tires at 35psi cuz first u get better gas mileage and it reduces damage on your rims.
the downside is that your tread on your tires wear out faster.
but if there stock then either way it wont last more then 30k miles...
my friends BMW had that problem with the lights but he did a reset and it was fine.

I reset mine for the 3rd time already...I brought it back to the tire shop, they checked the balance again for me and it was fine. I don't think my shocks are damaged. I drove over some speed bumps at different speeds and tried pushing down on my car. It doesn't wobble...
But my ride feels really bumpy...like when I got of the freeway yesterday the wheels just sound like they are slamming on the floor...I dont know what the hell is going on =[

bumping so as not to start a new thread.
TPMS light came on..checked pressure and it was within spec (give or take a pound or 2..) all around..reset light and still is on..you guys think it might just be a bad sensor? Kind of has me nervous cause i have about 7 hours of driving ahead of me tomorrow :/ to get back from San Jose down to So Cal..I'll check again in the morning but any input?
