I was looking through about five pages and did a search and I would like to know where is the fill hole on the manual tranny. I am going to change the fluid to full synthetic. I looked underneath when I was doing my oil change and changing the swaybar bushings and couldn't find it. Any help would be great. Thanks. If any body has pics that would be awsome.
In the search options section, select forum and then maintenance and car care to search only that section. Try searching transmission fluid and see what comes up.
Im not trying to be an a$$, just trying to keep all relevant info into a minimal amount of topics. That way searching will be quicker when you dont have to wade through 1289289838 posts on a topic.
FYI - Use GL4 in your xB.

I have, I spent over an hour, there is a lot of topics on what kind of fluid to use, I don't need that info, I am just asking if anybody know where the plug to fill the tranny is. I found the drain, that is easy. I honestly don't think it has been discussed. I think I am just going to call the dealer. The dealership I bought my car at is really cool about helping DIYers. They always get a tech on the phone to answer all of my questions. Kind of wierd for a dealership, huh.
