OVERHEAT- Engine - Unknown- Please Read- Let me Know
Hello to All,
Is our Xa overheating or not,..
It has unusual HOT SPOT on the engine hood ( RIGHT & LEFT ) sides.
Location: is where the front (RIGHT & LEFT) fenders are on the TOP part of
headlights meet the hood next to the fenders.
OBSERVATION: Touched the middle of the Hood ( found it COOL )
Touched the sides of the Hood above the Headlights on LEFT & RIGHT Sides ( found both are HOT )
Xa was driven about 10 miles in heavy traffic. She smelled burned from the front of car
I got home Checked the OIL , Tranny Fluid, Coolant ... everything well. and noticed the extra heat.
IS THIS NORMAL OPERATING TEMPS... also no engine overheat light was on .
Will be taken to service tomorrow .. I'll keep you posted.
EDIT: Locked for double post
