what do you guys use to take them out off your car?

 

Are you referring to scuff marks on the paint or plastic interior pieces? Normally a little wax will take off scuff marks from shoes and such. I haven't found anything for the plastic.

 

i just got a sucff mark today from a r/c car type motorcyle thing that someobody was playing with that ran into the front body kit of my bumper...

 

Try wax first.

 

what type of wax would you recommend...?

 

Whatever you normally use. I like Meguiar's Gold Class but I also use Mother's Premium. It just depends on my mood. I've seen a lot of positive posts about Zaino but I've never tried it so I don't know how well it would work for your purpose. A few years ago I was rearended. I don't remember which wax I used but it took off all the marks since the paint wasn't damaged.

 

i dont think it was the paint that was damaged (well at least i hope not) but the scuff marks aren't removable by hand...i'll have to see if i can remove them with some kind of meguiars wax.

 

If wax doesnt work, then try some stuff called "Scratch Out". Very mild rubbing compound. Follow directions, then folow with a good wax. This stuff can remove most scuff marks, and makes scratches lighter.
