I know what you mean I have a BSP also. I am investing into a Porter Cable 7424 and some polishes. It is what a lot of guys at www.autopia.org use to remove swirls. It seems easy enough to use. You could always try removing it by hand but I think most of the Swirl Removers just fill stuff with fillers and only last temporarily.

Yup! Definitely worth the initial investment. Meguiar's DACP and 3M PI III RC are two polishes that I like.

I second that!!! You will love the PC, just remember to get good pads, microfiber towels, and good products. Learn...learn....learn! Autopia.com is a great learning center on taking care of your vehicle!
