Default is Tire Tint tinted metallic gell Pimp?

I think this stuff is off the market? I never saw it before but I have not seen very much in new car fashions "copyright 2001" says the box.

It was all they had left: one bottle of the "multi-color" version. May be old stock? Tinted tire gel is not currently listed at the Black Magic website.

From the box:

"Black Magic Tire Tint is...high gloss shine tinted with color...contains metallic pigments that reflect light, giving your tire a totally awsome look.

"Water resistant formula.... high gloss..for weeks.....
...apply, let dry for ten minutes and wipe for a high gloss shine...

"sparkles in sunlight"

Pimp or -poop-?

(I'll try it either way!)

I remember that stuff.

I think they stopped making it for a reason.

^ Yeah...

R: From what I remember, it was basically tire shine with glitter/colored speckle crap in it. I think I saw it on a few cars at shows and whatnot years back, but I don't think it ever really caught on; at least not here. It just seems a little tacky to me, but I'm not paying for anyone's car but mine. So shine away.

hey, I got the last ___ bottle of the stuff. Sorry it's the multi-color. I think that gold would be good. Do it with light application and it might be subtle enough to -just be noticed- when the light hits it.

Will try this some day when I have even less important things to do than waste hours on the forum!

http://www.canadiandriver.com/articles/pw/black.htm

is a current article- canadian auto writer. Says it comes in silver.
Now, silver sidewalls on a TCM or white car might look not so ___

If we can't have ez whitewalls today, well, why not a non-metallic gel that puts temporary color into the sidewalls? Surely it can be done and would not look "___"

But this bottle of multi-color sparkle stuff: there's no saving that from looking ___!

I tried a bottle of the silver before it does look neat but definatley not my thing !!

It isn't bad but you don't really get that wet look. It is really hard to describe but I guess the best way to explain it is you get more of a shiny but not wet look & it looks brushed on when it dries.

Also after multi uses it will take about 3 months to finally get all of the glitter off the tire.

If you sponge it on like the bottle states you will get a very glittery effect & it does look pretty cool in the sun.

Try it, it won't hurt, but I for one tried it & I'll stick with my Eagle One Tire Wet

When I had my Civic I used the silver tire shine... It looked pretty good for a while, but it's definitely played out.

I don't know about the "multi-color" one. I wouldn't say it's "___", but you do get a "rainbow" effect.
