Default What mods void Toyota's warranty?

Do any of the following void the dealership warranty: aftermarket radios, in-dash or overhead dvd systems, amps, ??? A friend at work waited 5 years until the warranty expired so that he could get the sound system he wanted.

If something you do is the direct cause of a component failure then it's not covered under warranty. in some cases it voids the entire warranty.
I have my aftermarket in and it's obvious that I broke open part of my dash because bulbs are replaced as well, however- I took it to the dealership and they are still taking care of me as covered by my warranty.
