Default whining noise from front of car?

I have a whining noise, kind of like when something isn't lubed coming from the front right tire area. It happens when I'm making a left turn time to time. I can't figure out what this is. Also, when I hit certain bumps in the road, I heard a pop/knock sound from the same area.

I really hate going to the shop and them telling me they can't find anything wrong and I've been twice. I've been two a reputable places here called Japanese Beetle and the dealership, and they said they can't find anything wrong, I'm tired of wasting my money, can anyone help me out here?

sounds like springs or shocks. but pretty sure its your suspension <-- but you probably already know that...

my sisters beetle has that problem when she brakes. (its not the brake pad) it turns out to be the shocks so where getting coilovers =p
