To clarify - a confirmation number alone won't 'get you through the gate' at the airport. You must take your confirmation and ID to the ticket counter, where you'll receive a boarding pass. Without that, you won't be able to pass security, let alone get on the plane.
You can actually check in with just an ID, since they already have you booked on the plane - but I'd take a copy of the itinerary/confimation just in case. Besides, your return flight info is on there too - after a full evening of 'open bar', some of us may need a reminder as to what time and airline we're leaving on!

If you were in any wave before the 6th wave you should have received your flight information by now. Contact Chrisie via email or phone to get your info resent.

Also, a bank debit card with the Visa logo on it AND $300 available will be OK when you check in at the hotel. So you will need either that debit card or a credit card with $300 available in order to check-in.

There is no payout if you cannot attend. The only payout offerred was for people under 21.

I just got word that EVERYONE should have their mailed packet by Friday, December 11th. They have all been sent out on Scion's end.

Friday afternoon there will be a special winners-only event at the Miami Beach Convention Center from 7P-10P. Only winners will be allowed in this event. IDs will be checked at the door of each event and you MUST have your tickets to get in. Cameras of ANY kind will not be allowed in this main event.

Friday night there will be a VIP-party at the Shore Club Hotel from 10P-2A. You will return to your hotel after the party. Return flights will be on Saturday, Dec 16th unless you requested otherwise. Exactly - you just have to 'check in' at the desk at the gate where your connecting flight is, to get a boarding pass. Sometimes they give you both when you initally check in, but the second one may not have a seat number or a gate number listed on it. If the flights are on different airlines, you wouldn't get the second pass from the first airline. Just look at the 'Departure' monitors in the gate area for your connecting flight # when you arrive, to find out which gate to go to, and check in there.

 

i have yet to recieve any info on this trip can anyone tell me what to do......i need to get this sorted out but dont get why its not sending me any of the info packets.....

 

I have not received my event tickets, luggage, or hotel confirmation. Per the FAQ - I emailed Jason at Beyond on Saturday morning, but have not heard anything back yet.

I'm pretty worried that I am not going to receive any of this before the trip in 3 days. =/
